Refund policy

YONI offers a full refund for items bought within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that our refund and exchange policy begins from the date of purchase, regardless of the delivery time.

Returned items should be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in their original and re-sellable condition.
• Returns will not be accepted if it has been sprayed with scented perfume.
• All returned items must have tags attached, along with the original sales receipt.
• Swimwear are not accepted for return due to hygiene reasons.
• Returns that are damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
• Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Pre-orders are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet these points after checking will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Refunds:

Refunds might take up to 7-10 business days. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, with the initial shipping cost of the product deducted from the amount refunded. Delivery and shipping fee's are non-refundable.

In case of exchange or refunding items, there's only pick up service within 3 working days and KD2 fees.
